The Experience

🍷 Mudbrick Vineyard – 10:00am

Start your adventure at the iconic Mudbrick Vineyard, where timeless charm meets breathtaking views of the Hauraki Gulf and Auckland skyline.
Enjoy a guided wine tasting at their rustic cellar door, surrounded by sunlit vines and Mediterranean-style gardens — the perfect start to your Waiheke journey.

🥃 The Heke Distillery & Brewery – 11:00am

Next, we visit The Heke, Waiheke’s celebrated craft distillery and brewery nestled among four acres of gardens.
Join an expert-led distillery tour and enjoy a tasting of their locally made whiskies, gins and vodkas — crafted with care and inspired by the island’s natural spirit.
You’ll learn how these premium beverages are created from grain to glass, all while enjoying the warm, inviting atmosphere of this island gem.

🍽️ Batch Winery – 12:00pm

Head to the highest point on Waiheke Island and soak in 360° views of rolling vineyards and sparkling blue seas at Batch Winery.
Here, you’ll enjoy a beautifully curated platter lunch and a glass of wine, served with a side of sunshine and sweeping views across the Hauraki Gulf.
Take your time — this is what island life is all about.

🌿 Allpress Olive Groves – 2:00pm

Finish your day at Allpress Olive Groves, where Waiheke’s unique microclimate produces some of the finest extra virgin olive oils in New Zealand.
Enjoy a guided tasting of their handcrafted oils and learn about the process of growing, harvesting, and pressing olives right here on the island.
It’s the perfect ending to a day of flavours, stories, and sensory delights.

🛳️ Tour End – 2:40pm

After your final tasting, choose to be dropped off in Oneroa Village for a little exploring or head straight to the Matiatia Ferry Terminal for your return to Auckland on the 4:15pm Island Direct Ferry.
Oneroa Village is just a short 10–15 minute walk from the terminal — ideal for a relaxed stroll or a final glass before heading home. 🍷🌅

⛴️ Guests joining this tour should catch either the 9:15am Island Direct Ferry (recommended for comfort and pre-booked seating) or the 9:00am Fullers Ferry walk-up service from Auckland.
🚶‍♀️ If travelling with Fullers, please arrive at the Downtown Ferry Terminal on Quay Street at least one hour before departure to secure your place in the queue, as boarding operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
