Why it matters for your tour with us:

  • For shared tours: ensure you allow enough buffer time when planning your ferry trip to Waiheke — ferries operate on first-come, first-served (especially with walk-up service).

  • For private tours or return travel: pre-booked seats (via Island Direct) offer better reliability and less queue time.

  • Our meeting point: On arrival at Matiatia Wharf, your tour guide will be waiting at Pier 2, holding a welcome board with your name.

  • Pro tip: If you arrive early, you’re free to explore or relax in Oneroa Village before your tour begins—just notify us to coordinate the timing.
