We have international clients visiting Auckland. What would impress them?

Not everyone in our group drinks wine. Is Waiheke still suitable?

Absolutely. Waiheke is much more than wine. We can incorporate olive oil tastings, craft beer, whisky and spirits, gourmet dining, art, Māori culture, scenic touring, beaches, adventure activities and team experiences.

Can you organise everything, including the ferry?

Yes. That’s one of the biggest advantages of working with us. We can coordinate ferry tickets, island transport, restaurants, vineyards, activities, venues and timing, giving you one point of contact for the entire event.

Can we completely customise the itinerary?

Yes. Every corporate event can be tailored around your group, objectives, timing and budget. Come to us with a finished idea or simply tell us who you’re bringing and what you’d like the day to achieve — we’ll take it from there.

Can you arrange exclusive venues?

Yes. Depending on availability and group size, we can arrange private spaces and exclusive-use options at vineyards, restaurants and event venues.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary requirements can be catered for by our venue partners when advised in advance.

What happens if it rains?

Your event doesn’t need to stop because of the weather. We can design itineraries with excellent indoor and covered experiences, and adjust the day’s flow where necessary.

How far ahead should we book?

For the busy corporate season from October through April, earlier is always better — particularly for larger groups or if you want a specific premium venue. Planning from August or September gives you considerably more choice.

Can we include a business meeting?

Yes. We can incorporate meeting or strategy time into the day, followed by lunch, activities, vineyard experiences or a relaxed afternoon with the team.

Do you cater for incentive and VIP groups?

Yes. We work with corporate groups, conference delegates, DMCs, event planners and international incentive travellers and can create premium, highly personalised Waiheke experiences.

Can you create luxury experiences?

Absolutely. Private vineyard access, fine dining, luxury vehicles, bespoke experiences and even helicopter arrivals can be incorporated depending on your requirements.
